Cancel my plan

To cancel your monthly plan, please follow these steps:

 

1. Go to your receipt confirmation email where you received details about your subscription.
2. Look for a button labeled " Manage my subscription".
3. Click on this button to view all details about your plan.
4. Scroll down and click on this button cancel subscription.

Or

1. Go to the menu.
2. Click on ‘Account.’
3. You’ll find your ‘Order History’ and ‘Account Details.’
4. Scroll down to ‘Subscription.’
5. Click on the subscription number.
6. Scroll down and select the option to cancel your subscription.
